Will do Richard.

Nice Spyder BTW. Only ever seen one in the flesh many years ago. How long have you had it? And do you know Noz who I think still works at the control centre with the 2.7 911 targa?

Running a 3.2 carrera (when I get it back) and a Mondeo as the daily hack. What about you?

Hi guys, Sorry for not giving you a bit more notice of our run to Goathland. Will try to let you know more in advance next time, it's a matter of keeping an eye on the weather forecast at this time of year.
Apart from a couple of mist patches we had sunshine most of the day.
We had a walk round the village and a drink in the aidensfield arms,(coffee).
We then had a meal in the Mallyon Spout Hotel which was very good value.
We let ntel's tom tom find us a more interesting route home which it duly did.
Remember on May 14th it is the SYTVRCC Bucket and Spade run to Whitby which includes a meal at the Mallyon Spout Hotel.

Steve, a meet up sometime would be good. I'll give you a shout when the car is back and we could always go to McDonalds and race through the drivethrough - not!

Bet the Viper is a handful or is that a similar 911 myth?

yes the viper is a handful !!you can't relax for a minute.it hates going slow and speed humps are a no-no (5inch ground clearance!!)slowly getting used to it ,can't wait till summer to get the roof off and get it on a track!!!

I see you've got it unwrapped then Steve! Was it you I saw on the A1237 ring road this afternoon (with passenger) around 2.50pm between the Harrogate and Wetherby Rd roundabouts? Looks stunning in red with the white stripes.

Leigh.

Not as yet met up at the Hopgrove as I didn't know there was a meet there. Guess it may be a meeting point for runs out when they occur. Will be up for some driving when I get the old girl back!

I saw your Viper on Saturday at Elvington. It was looking very shiny although I suspect the access road didn't do you any favours.
