VSCC @ Harewood Hill Climb

This Saturday, 3rd June, the Vintage Sports Car Club will be competing at the Harewood Hill Climb. Should be lots of interesting 'old' stuff. Tickets are £10 on the day.

Both days were wonderful. Spent Saturday down on Chippy's. Unfortunatly we had a customer during the first practice run! A Riley, whoes steering locked on Full right as he turned for Chippies after coming out the esses, and after goes wide, then went right into the tyre wall on the inside, doing a fair bit of damage to the front end, and ending his fun for the day.

second was, again a Riley, who broke a halfshaft coming out the esses. That was 3pm, the RAC didnt get a flatbed to him till after 11pm!

Deffinately try to make it for the July Meeting - 1st/2nd July, the big boys in the National speed championship are here for the weekend, and these guys are frightingly quick!
