Batley / Birstall earlier today, a police chap in uniform in a black Peugeot RCZ with black alloys parked up at the side of Bradford Rd. Might have been popping out for a coffee I suppose.

Dark coloured Vauxhall Insignia on M18 then into Edenthorpe area. SH12 registration number with Arnold Clarke logo on. Came past me on M18, got about 200 metres in front, then turned blue lights on for about 5 seconds before carrying on following a yellow Boxster. Followed it closely towards Barnby Dun where I turned off but my son said he saw the blue lights come on again.

Saw a dark grey Seat Leon caning through Toll Bar towards Askern with Blues / Twos on this afternoon. 09 plate I think.

Theres a Dark grey one that buzzes around, and a blue one as well. South Yorkshire Police also have a black VW Transporter type van which is used by their traffic section as an ANPR vehicle.

Is there a push in West Yorkshire to crack down on traffic crime or something? Ive never known there to be this amount of unmarked cars before.
