East Yorks pub meet - 1st Thursday of the month

At the last meeting, the few of us that turned up discussed the possibility of altering the date/venue of the East Yorks pub meet in an attempt to make it a bit more accessible for people.
One suggestion that was made was to relocate back to the Triton at Brantingham (we only left there originally as it closed down following a fire) and instead of the 3rd monday we would go for the 1st Thursday of the month....since the local TVR regional meet is on the 3rd Thursday and so often both meets took place in the same week.
Does anyone have any thoughts/comments on the suggestion to change, or are there any other ideas. This always used to be a thriving group with a wide selection of cars but over the last year it just seems to be the same 4 or 5 faces each month and it would be great to expand if we can.

Ok....I missed getting something arranged for March so best bet is meet as usual this month.
Next meet is therefore Monday 20th March at the usual venue of Swan & Cygnet in Swanland from 7:00pm onwards.
The meeting for April will be on THURSDAY 6TH APRIL and, unless somebody comes up with an alternative suggestion, let's give it a try back at the Triton in Brantingham HU15 1QE
Hopefully this will work better for a few people and we will get some new faces along....especially now that the days are drawing out and the weather is (hopefully) improving.

Might be able to make these dates, due to a recent change in circumstances. Next meet is therefore Monday 20th March at the usual venue of Swan & Cygnet in Swanland from 7:00pm onwards.
