I need to get to CITP early to help with the parking for a few hours so i wont have time for a run out before.

Should be at the Hillclimb the day before though.

Cars in the park is a good alternative I suppose - possibly upstaging Harewood slightly ?

Good shout - glad I thought of it !!!

Who is up for CITP Newby hall then ?
http://www.carsinthepark.org.uk/
Paul, I'm defo going to Newby Hall. Prob going to tag onto the convoy going from Hartshead Services.

But just as another thought / idea what about organising a visit to York Dragway? http://www.yorkraceway.org.uk/index.html

The next event is on 2nd & 3rd May. The 2nd sounds best as they have a RWYB event so those that want can have a drag? Not sure if anyone has been? I have been a couple of times and its a cracking day out.

York Raceway

2 MAY - SUNDAY

0-60 Challenge Round 1*
Modders/Tuners Shootout Round 2
HR Challenge Qualifying for Round 1
Northern Drag Racing Championship Pro-ET and Sportsman
ET bracket series Qualifying for Round 1
Air-Cooled Eliminators Qualifying for Round 2
Run What You've Brung
Roger Goring's Firestorm Jet Funny Car

3 MAY - BANK HOL MON - UK OPEN NATIONALS

Comments anyone?

I should be there, work permitting. Have been a few times to watch my mate in his Pulsar and each time there's been a decent turn-out of Tivs, despite the track in being a bit er "challenging"...

Its one of the 2 Phils from Areomotive TVR and Classic Sports Specialist in Batley. The other Phil was there in a blue Tamora. They do all the work on mine, and several other local TVR's.
