Hi Jamie, there is a blue one, a white one and, I am reasonably sure someone told me that they saw a black one in Aberdeen too. One of my favourites has to be the highly metallic red XFR-S Sportbrake! The new Jag R-S are awesome.
That's great. I haven't seen the black, white or red ones yet. I saw a blue demonstrator at Peter Vardy a few months ago - maybe that's stayed in the area? I've never seen a single one out on the roads other than our own when I've met my wife heading home cc8s said:
I have rarely ever seen them. The blue one I mention is, as you say, the Aberdeen demo. Yours Aberdeen to be an Edinburgh car?
Before they were first delivered there was word that there would only be 100 made. Do you know if this is still the case?
Mine is indeed the ex-Edinburgh demonstrator. French Racing Blue was dropped half way through my 12 week lead time and Ultra Blue that replaced it looked nice enough but they couldn't get me a sample and it looked pretty similar to everyone elses' pearly blues. I was offered the demo and got a huge chunk off the price so was happy enough Before they were first delivered there was word that there would only be 100 made. Do you know if this is still the case?
There were apparently 113 made to date when a Highlands based jaguarforum member took delivery of his white one shortly before mine was supposed to be built. I'd been told just after putting my deposit down that saloons had been supplanted by the Sportbrake but my salesman checked and that doesn't seem to be the case. Certainly the saloon is covered by the 2015MY changes to paint codes, gearchange nag lights and new badging.

French Racing Blue is outrageous in a great way. That Ultra Blue does look lovely too. Sounds like you made a wise decision! There were apparently 113 made to date when a Highlands based jaguarforum member took delivery of his white one shortly before mine was supposed to be built. So they are still very rare, which is great to hear. Very desirable indeed!

Lovely TVR Tamora spotted pulling into the Shell garage at Anniesland Morrisons yesterday evening. Don't know if it was anyone on here. I was trying to get alongside with the window down but was stuck in a queue!
A guy in my street has one - dark (possibly black) and it sounds phenomenal. I don't know him, but keep wanting to go and chat to him about it... We live near Glasgow so it could be the same guy as there's not many around.andyp79 said:

It was a dark colour. Unfortunately I'm slightly colour blind and it was about 7:30 so I can't tell you exactly what colour It wasn't black... Maybe a dark grey?Either way it was lovely. Had black wheels. Wanted to hang around the petrol station to hear it leave but I was in a rush!
I've seen this a couple of times over the past week but wasn't sure I was right - I got a closer look this morning so now I'm sure - a black Tesla Model S (reg starts RJ64.....) on the A9 southbound at Auchterarder. Very cool. Getting some real stick so I'm assuming (hoping) that it's not someone who has actually paid for it and it's a demo being driven with 'verve'.

Could well be the same one. I'll try and wander around the street at the weekend and see if he's around, would like to chat to him about it as he must be pretty into cars etc. to own one of these. It sounds like nothing else - very loud but not overly so, gutteral, metallic and raw.Either way it was lovely. Had black wheels. He leaves for work early some days and you can hear it as soon as it fires up. Also lovely hearing it approaching in the NSL that stops just before our street. Hopefully offsets my open-piped 848 in terms of being the noisy guy in the street...
Thought this one is particularly cool... Maser MC Shift Stradale in Newington

It's a Sport, not a Stradale but nice nevertheless. It's funny, I've got one of these but have never seen it as a Supercar.https://www.facebook.com/EdinburghSupercars/photos...
^^ thanks!
Suppose a lot of the cars put up aren't technically supercars... I suppose any Maser GT is just too big and comfortable to be classed as one, but still a deeply cool car! Thanks for the heads up on it being a Sport.
Ed: out of interest how do you tell the difference between a sport and a stradale?
