Both in Aberdeen this weekend.

Followed a white jaguar f-type coupe past Pittodrie on Friday afternoon. Looked and sounded amazing! Certainly a fantastic looking car!

Then a mean looking new Astra VXR outside Halfords yesterday afternoon.

On my wat down from Inverness to Newcastle I spotted on the A9 a Blue Volvo V70 R (sleepers can't pass me by), Vento VR6, a red topless SLK 55, racing edition Astra VXR, Orange F-Type Coupè and a DB9 Volante. All in all I nothing special.

2 red 964's yesterday. 1st in Milngavie and 2nd in the car park at Conic Hill. Far more common than the rare blue variety.

P10P X now on a Yellow Aventador. Aberdeen Pistonheaders will know what I'm on about. I only caught sight of the rear end but I assume it's a spyder or why else change?

Green McLaren 650s heading South on the A92 a mile South of St Cyrus on Saturday afternoon, looked lovely coming towards us through some nice downhill curves.

McLaren overload on the A93 (North Deeside road)yesterday afternoon - passed a green one (not sure on the model) at Kincardine O'Neill. Beautiful day, beautiful car and great road - lucky chap. Twenty minutes later in Banchory there's another one! Bright orange this time. Most impressed, even SWiMBO commented on how good they looked.

On a different note and to top off the day there was an nice looking XR3 (black) stopped for temporary traffic lights at Crathes - couldn't see whether it was inj'n or carb. Must investigate getting one of these before the prices follow the Mk1 and 2 into the stratosphere.

Old Fords eh? who'd have thought they would be so highly prized? Damn me - I broke a Mk2 Mexico to build a kit car many years ago - wouldn't do that again!

He went back to a Gallardo in between, but also ordered a Huracan... not sure if he then cancelled it for the yellow Aventador, or if he's waiting on the Huracan still.
