30 odd quid left in the kitty, was nice to get driven there so I could bevy, in Barry's Ferrari. Just have to persuade him to join in the rest of the great Scottish PH activities, I'm sure he will. Decided he should simply be called: BarryFerrari....... Thoughts?

Aye, nice wee turnout considering the weather.
I like the venue, quiet enough and we could take over the lounge if needs be. Could be an idea for GP's if they could have a screen/tv?
Food was decent too.

How about just calling him Barrari Also thought we were gonna try other venues, i still think duck bay will be a winner on a nice evening, outside by the loch etc etc John.

Good one I like Barrari! Olie you clearly missed the huge plasma at the bar. Also having wifi I could bring laptop for skygo F1, though not perfect. It's perfect for me but I'd also like to do Duck Bay on a nice summer night

Apologies for my timing tonight, but still good to see everyone. It was a good place for a meet, but I'm up for a run out to try some other places as well Olie - are you volunteering to organise the PH Glasgow pub crawl night? JC - Did I hear you mention a hoon? Anyone fancy a mid week evening blast (or early morning dawn run) once the daylight hours get longer?

That's me just in, took the long way home Was a good meet, sorry I wasn't overly chatty, I'm one of those sit in the corner and listen to the conversation types Certainly up for more meets in the future and always up for a drink.

Friend of KieranV here
Was nice to see some lovely cars and you all seem like a friendly bunch.
Sorry for being quiet but I'll try to make it along to a run or another meet in my own car next time.

Thanks for posting. I was wondering why you were a bit quiet! Wondered if we had been too ugly and scary!
Was good to see you guys. Hope you come along to other meets and runs. Don't be afraid to say something stupid! none of the rest of us do!

Slightly off topic.
Graham, what is the name of the TV series that Lesley is acting in? When is it due for broadcast?
For those who didn't chat to her, she is a full time actress and was up in Glasgow filming for a new TV series. She gets to beat lots of people up ( Andy and Andrew get excited about that type of thing).
I am terrible with celebrity spotting. Her face did seem familiar but didnt want to embarrass myself by asking what she had acted in before. I don't watch much TV/Films. Sat directly opposite Karen Dunbar in a restaurant one night and a Portuguese friend pointed out who she was!

Hi all, Paul, her name is Mhairi, easily mistaken for Leslie, over the roar of my V8 and your efforts with the '12 . She will be the lead in a new production set in Glasgow but I'm not yet allowed to mention the title. Those of you who know the movie Braveheart may recall a young girl in the beginning of the film, picking a thistle for the equally young William Wallace. That girl was Mhairi when she was just 5 . It's always nice to see her when she's in town and hopefully I'll be able to bring her again sometime. She was so delighted to sit in the Countach . Apologies we were late, I'll do better next time and take time to say hello! Graham

Had an enjoyable evening, good to put some more faces of names and the assortment of Italian and other exotica is all a petrolhead could ask for!
I really like the idea of a midweek dawn run. Just as the sun comes up in the morning and home for breakfast? yEs please!

johnycarrera said: 14th I've just been informed that Vicki is flying to Derby for a work meeting, then going to a wine evening on the 14th. How about an evening run starting about 8pm on Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th, or Wednesday 15th? (or an early dawn run on the same dates)
