Will look out for it. Stolen to order by the sounds of things. Have a word with the seller he may have been followed when he had it and never realised it was getting staked out. They have possibly done the same to yourself just think of any motors you have kept seeing recently. Good luck getting it back.

Sorry for your loss. frown There's an index of stolen cars running in General Gassing, it might be worth adding the car details and regional force number, just on the off chance that it gets spotted by somebody.

That sucks, hope you get it back, looks like a really nice motor.

2 weeks ago 3 BMW's were stolen from the area I live just outside of Aberdeen. I was speaking to one of the coppers working on the case, they all happened between 8pm-11pm, the keys were either in the front door and stolen via the letter box or they walked into the unlocked house and took the keys without the owners being aware. A mates sister in law had her Audi A6 stolen on the same night.. walked in to the house unknown to them. Her car was found smashed up in Tillydrone frown Not trace on the Beemers, probably in Malta by now

30/7/12 update:

Still missing, but regulary being spotted by police/public being driven at very high speed in and around Aberdeen. Can't/won't say too more but as usual, if you are out and about keep your eyes peeled and if spotted please call aberdeen police on number above.

I am becoming more and more concerned about the risk to the public caused by these 'individuals' and their driving 'style', so please make it difficult for them to carrying own getting away with it.

OH and the facebook thing is a very good method of spreading the word - I (well the wife) currently has several thousand likes and shares on the car details

Cheers

I had a reply to the post on my Facebook saying "it was in Byron at weekend with a flat tyre". Not sure if that helps.

eek Their FB page beggars belief, what a bunch of brazen wee s!

Surely their information should be easily accessible to the relevant authorities from the details tied to their page?

Surely the Abz police can request info from facebook of that Garthdee page (email), lay a bait email and if the Garthdee p***k bites, trace the email using servers, IP address's (I don't know exactly how they do it but they should know) and that should give a location of their computer. Just a thought really, really hoping that your BMW gets found and is in no worse condition then before the incident
