I am heading up north with a friend over from America who is keen to visit the Skyfall photo site. Those who have driven the road would you advise against it in a Ferrari 430 or is it ok if you take it easy?

No problem in a 997 but I'd be a lot more tentative in a GT3!

Well we were blessed with good weather so decided to give the road a try.

I thought you were exaggerating about the gouge marks in the road but you could see them clear as day along with some paint marks which nicely highlighted any problem areas. Took it very slow which made it a longer detour than I was expecting but managed to find the spot without scraping the car. It was the first time I have ever had to pull over to let a couple of cars overtake.

Anyway figured it would be rude not to take a photo (though I couldn't bring myself to do a cheesy pose by the rock)
