I was caught in it. Hours of fecking gridlock as the traffic flow and lights sequences are set to disrupt, confound and confuse motorists - and then completely fking breaks down when there's a slight glitch!

Can anyone explain to me why this took a few hours to clear? Could the bus not just drive forward into side of road away from Tram?

Or Tram reverse back to let bus out?

I was wondering this too - maybe because it's a "railway", any accident might mean that it can't be moved in case its running gear is damaged, and might damage the rails? I noticed they said it would be "uplifted" so it's obviously not as easy as exchanging details and driving off. I need to find out!

I suspect with the vehicles being pubic transport various inspections needed to happen before anything could be moved.

I'm assuming you're talking from experience as a lady bus conductor. winkbiggrin
