There are two structures being built on Elmbank Terrace (railway embankment side).

Anyone know what they are?

Don't live there but a quick search for "Elmbank Terrace" on the city council planning applications website shows there is approval for some student apartments there. The text only mentions one building but the site plans seem to show two.

They are small student friendly flats. Semi decent idea but will see if worthwhile when they are made. Had a nosey about them and they really are small.

Yep - the worlds tiniest flats! Maybe for students but I can see offshore workers using them to keep stuff in and using it to kip a night or 2 every couple of weeks etc.

Wow, these flats are going to be miniscule - and I'm guessing one per floor.

I can't see how the project could possibly be commercially viable. Nevermind.

I looked at them again this morning. I'm guessing the people living across the road from them aren't too happy.
