Looking to have my B4 legacy gearbox rebuilt anyone got any recommendations, box is a semi auto and has the usual problem of overfilling by past owners, I've had a 2 nd hand box stuck in it but suffered the same problem so time to sort it properly cheers in advance

Not sure on your location, but Mackie in Glasgow have a good reputation.

I did get a quote just a wee bit pricey but have heard good things about them and there is a warranty on it

Again, never used them, but Automotive Automatics in Edinburgh seem to have been on the go for a long enough time. A bit more back street than Mackie in appearance, but I've no idea on their standard of work.

Also roddy on here is good. He has a shop near Stepps, Glasgow.
He's been building boxes for years.

Johnny.
