Had a good day on some amazing roads and some great cars... Until the brakes nearly caught fire!! then ripping a hole In one of the tyres just before St Mary's loch and then to go on to demolish a pheasant !! Didn't fancy going any further than Salkirk on the old spacesaver !!

had a great time on the run today. seemed to get split up around lunch time and it seems only a few of us made it to the last stop. got some air over the bridge where the guys with the drone were filming, hope they caught it!

Great run today, first for me in the Golf R, looking forward to the next! Dalveen pass was the highlight of the day, what a road! That road from Moffat to Selkirk is something else as well! Thanks for organizing!

Thanks to Barry for organising another great run! Some fantastic roads, I'm already planning to visit Dalveen pass in the next couple of weeks. This was only my second PH run, still getting to know everyone! For some reason I ended up leading from the coffee break, was hoping someone would pass me and take the lead as I didn't have a clue where I was going, just as well I had my boy with me and we quickly got our st together and managed to get us to Moffat where we seemed to get split up due to an arctic lorry!!!

Hope I didn't hold too many people up! I think everyone will agree at how well the wee 500 goes!!

This was my last run in the Corsa as I've ordered a new Golf R which I'm hoping will be with me for the next run!

Although I wasn't driving, was good to see new faces. Was a good run as usual!

Hopefully get some half decent tires and brakes on mine so I can join in the fun next time.

Would have been lost without you big man! Who knew a VXR could be so fast in the wet! All four wheels off the ground at times you nutter.......Shame we lost the green GT3 at the wee village he would have been a good lead.

As always huge thanks to the runners.
Sorry about lunch...sadly Drumlanrig is also shut out of season so maybe have to find a new borders lunch venue!!
Really good mix of cars today and everyone driving to their pace.
Good to see Stevie G in the Evora with renewed mojo...cracking hour with GRM stretching out front.
Always good to see newbies and new cars...especially from across the border!!
Nice sound off both the Cumbria crew.

Next run I'll be organising will be the Festive Run....an excuse to sober up for a day!!

Cheers B&R

Good to see everyone this morning, ducked out then kicked myself as it got drier.

I said to Likesachange that I'd show him the Lemons video, had a brief look and and you made the cut.smile
Ha that's a brilliant video, thanks for that and good to meet you. I knew I recognised the plate on the 993 when I was at Le Mans and now I realise it was from a similar meet as today a couple of year ago!
Hi which was your car in the Le Mans vid? The Tuscan parked next to the camper van?

Yeah just need some practice and good locations..
Considering how windy it was it's pretty stable.
There was only the first bunch of cars not behind traffic that I remember and that was me setting up... Wasn't much point of filming cars stuck behind wagons 👎
First time I've ever had the lense misted up too.
