I'm going to have to pull out of this one folks, really need to sort the Beemer's cam cover gaskets before attempting anything like this, it's a getting a bit stinky now!

Another great run ....a bit wet in places only did the 1st part as had to be back mid afternoon. The weather looked good for the 2nd stage leaving Abington.
Look forward to some pictures being posted . again thanks to Barry for organizing it.

Great wee run, knew I was needing new rear brakes soon but was metal to metal after about 50 miles and straining the fronts only, still ver enjoyable, cheers for organising Baz

I'm afraid we ducked out after the coffee-stop but thoroughly enjoyed the run and want to say thanks for organising it. That will be the car mothballed till spring but I have a couple of wee jobs to do.

Also need to look at finding more power over the winter after realising there was at least one car there with over three times my 150-ish horses!

Had fun today cheers guys! Was happy with the 4wd as it was my first run in the wee A45 and didn't want to bin it in the wet but hopefully the first of many. Checked the trip computer total miles 256, drive time 5 hrs 30ish mins av consumption 17.5 mpg. Happy days despite nearly reversing off a wall.

Ha that's a brilliant video, thanks for that and good to meet you. I knew I recognised the plate on the 993 when I was at Le Mans and now I realise it was from a similar meet as today a couple of year ago!

I tried to get a vid today but had the drone in the air when I saw the cars coming they were all stuck behind a wagon or typical Sunday driver plus my fingers were numb from that I've cold wind so the little camera footage I got was very poor.

I'll post them up and get a link up but there honestly not really worth watching but shows the potential when weathers better. Considering the wind it's pretty steady.

And thanks Barry for organising hope your having some birthday beers!

After a wet start this turned out to be a right blast, brake dust on my wheels that as a rule just is not there on other
trips out that we have been on. Big thanks to Barry for organising, looking forward to any future trips.
