Recommend me a solicitor/estate agent - Edinburgh

Following the death of my father earlier this year I'm now involved with the sale of his house.
It's been on the market for a couple of months and is unsold at this time.
The house not selling quickly, whilst disappointing, is not my main problem with the current agents. My problem is that partner who I'm dealing with has completely ignored all my emails for the last 2 months. This concerns me as I'm trying to get him to take posession of the deeds from the firm who did the executry and then promptly went into administration.
Quite apart from it flying in the face of common courtesy it's also, in my opinion, a breach of standards.
I feel that I'm likely to tell the current mob to get lost soon, so, what recommendations do we have for solicitors/estate agents to deal with the sale of an Edinburgh property?
