Painter/Decorator/Aimes Taper in Tayside

Anybody know a decent painter/decorator who can also do times taping in the Tayside area? Have tried 3 different people and either no response or not bothered their arse to turn up when asked/agreed. For a reasonable sized commercial property in Dundee, probably a few days worth of work
