Cheap wheel refurb?

I'm getting a car with all 4 wheels covered in loads of kerb damage - all scratches, nothing deep.

I've used 'The Wheel Specialist' before, they were very good but it's about £70 per wheel. Is there a cheaper option?

http://www.wheelwizardsscotland.co.uk/ my son got a set done on his Honda and they look good ,think it was under £200 .Used John at Wheel specialist E-K was fine but can be a bit more expensive a lot depends on the car value whether it warrants a top end job.
Do a Google loads around some paint some powder coat.
