Had a bail a bit early, but that was a lot of fun, especially watching the 205 pushing on. Well sorted car.

Thanks for organising Barry and good to see you.

Enjoyed the run out today, happy driving in various groups with some new faces and didnt think it was too affected by traffic.
Needed to be a bit cautious in wet roads in the bends but still good fun.

Was intending to stop at Cameron House but skipped it in the end due to traffic annoying me and since I was needing petrol (how come Loch Lomond still has a traffic queue mid winter !) so home now enjoying a beer.

Thanks for organising today's run Barry, really missed not having many last year.

I decided to call it a day after arriving at the Green Welly as the car had been running like dog faeces since leaving the house!

I'm currently waiting on an updated map from APR which they seem to be dragging there heels with. Every time I give it too much acceleration the APC light comes on and cuts the power, so sorry if I held anyone up at any point.

Hopefully have it fixed this month at some point.

Toogood

I don't suppose you lot spent lunchtime at Hermiston Gate by any chance?

I was parking-up there in a borrowed new Range Rover and found myself driving past a lot of decent wheels with plenty of folk and photographers milling about.

No Ron.
We started 1 mile from your house and belted up through Inveraray Glencoe and Connel and back down to Cam House

Echo the comments above had a great day out.

On the way back from Oban to Inveraray when I was at the back really showed me how much I must have been holding everyone up!

I had a reasonable idea you might have planned to route the run around Argyll. Some of the best roads. Tempting but Beasty don't like cold roads, salt, etc so it's tucked up nice and Sorn for now sleep

Good stuff, weatherwise for everybody smile

Thanks for organising the run Barry, had a great day out. We were very lucky with the weather, or did you organise that too Barry? Next time the car will be run in and I can use all the acceleration. Thanks again.

For the attention of the gentleman with the 4 Series Gran Coupe with mirror dip problems(apologies I didn't catch your name);

To position the mirror:
1. Push the mirror selector switch to the passenger side.
2. Put the car in reverse. (The mirror should tilt down)
3. Adjust the mirror position to what ever makes you happy.
4. Put the car back into N or 1. (The mirror should tilt back up)
That's it. Now when ever you back up the mirror will adjust to your custom settings, instead of all the way down. Please note that the mirror adjustment selector switch must be set to the passenger side for this to work. This is opposite of the way it works by default.

This should be the process of adjusting the dipping mirror.

Regards

Ahris
