7SS - well if they break it I hope you don't need a spanner cause we haven't got any left! lol

Aye there's two less in my box every time I get back as well. Is someone hiding them in the big blue locker as a means of work avoidance?

Now down in Morgan City,Louisiana on the new, well rehashed old heap now called Superior Endeavour dive supply boat doing final bits and bobs before sea tests.
Its ridiculously hot, cable pulling in an engine room when its 95 outside is one of the worst experiances i have ever had! The town itself is a complete dive, every second shack is a titty bar! Here for a month should be interesting!

Currently sitting in sodding bond!!! Checked in on Monday only to be fogged off......... checked in on tuesday only to be bumped. Checked in today and now the fog has started in at the rig again!! Argghhh!!! I have had nearly 4 weeks off now! Most would not complain but going offshore is the only way to stop my spending habit laugh

resorting to the roughneck toolkit soon I reckon
Hammer
Big Hammer

Could be worse Av you could have been on the rig for 4 weeks and not getting off for fog!

Well I am at ABZ waiting on a flight to Heathrow and onward to Baku frown

Still I have had a good leave and have to go and earn some money to pay for the wine consumed on Sat night smile Great night if Kiltie is reading this !

Not going offshore until around 22nd though so some time to settle in and get used to the place again before heading offshore.

You still trying to coerse people into going drinking with you over there, Norweggies no keep up?

And whats that you've replaced the 330 with! My partner in crime Jimmy was looking at a VIII, until he got the insurance quote....biglaugh

Cheers,
Ross
Whatlike Ross, nah the Noggies are useless drinkers when are you back over? towards the end of the year I suspect?
I am out on the BLEO HOLM doing my usual.
I took Jimmy a blast in the car on a few choice back roads just before Rock Ness, the 330 was too boring for me I thought I was going refined in my old age.
By the way how did the guy get on without any handles on his bags on the way home laugh

I got back from the Noble Julia Roberts yesterday and I'm off to Italy on Sunday. I am flying to Rome and then driving to Pescara, I don't know if the job is on land or offshore but I have never been to that part of Italy before so I am looking forward to it.

Is the NJR still a shit hole? Was the first ever rig i was on and it was terrible! 4 man rooms, communal toilets and showers plus the food was basically unedible.

Things could only get better from there!
