Some images from todays practice. This was my first time at Forrestburn and was not sure where you were able to go to spectate / take photographs. The layout of the track looks like you could get some cracking images depending on access.

It pished with rain for the last practice and for the timed runs.

It was very wet, it was raining inside my visor, and outside it, etc, etc . . .

From what I recall in the torrential rain lottery . . .

Wallace got FTD a little ahead of JR, but from memory this was somewhat the reverse of the earlier practice times . . . 3rd FTD was a scoobyevoturbofourbyfour machine, I forget which one, these guys are seriously fast wet or dry . . . very impressive lobbing that much metal up the hill that fast . . .

I got A5 (and again yesterday) and a time that would have won A4 and A6 and beaten 1/2 of the single seaters, but then I do like driving in the rain, just not sitting in the car on the way to the start line when it's like sitting in a sinking submarine . . .

Some pics from a mate from yesterday . . . his mere presence with a camera had us, of course, heading for the gravel traps ;-)
