Today I saw a bright red Audi RS4 saloon in Aberdeen. So what I hear you say. Well, this one was a taxi, it had it's phone number on a roof bar and all the required taxi 'plates'. As great as the RS4 is, I can't believe it makes a good taxi.

I've heard of the ring taxy, could this be Aberdeen's Bouley Taxi.......

if it's the same one i'm thinking about number plate ends in GAR. i think he also uses it for private hire to the likes of shell and bp.

my OH mums boyfriend does this with his taxi and can get upto £30 an hour if they have something on and alot of the time he spends sitting waiting until he is needed.

so i suppose if this is the case then i can see the need for a fancier type taxi, if not the boy has obviously just worked very hard and wanted to get something he liked and probably deserves.

If it's the same one I've seen it's a re-badged diesel.
Unless he's now actually got an RS4.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that's just an S4? Definitely not a new style RS4 (Unless he's bought a new one since I saw it last)

He had another similar Audi in blue before, I got a lift to a gig (Oasis I think) at the Exhibition Centre in that.

Yep yes

Registration ends in GAR

Unless he had changed it, it is just a diesel and the wheels are 18'' copies and not the real 19'' ones. You can also tell by the offset of the wheels themselves and the narrow stance that it aint the real deal nerd

Many many years ago, there used to be a really nice moonstone blue cosworth with a taxi plate in Coatbridge.

I have seen this taxi many times, i remember thinking it was an RS4 but its just a tdi, with a few badges, chrome wing mirrors and alloys. I walked past it whilst at traffic lights once and it was def not a petrol. lol
