I find myself in Weegie land (it's ok, my inoculations are up to date) and will be driving the Exige back to the Granite City tomorrow afternoon (provided the wheels haven't been pinched).

Looking for recommendations for a route which excludes all dual cairrage way roads - a Tut like route. smile

Reason for the post is that I don't have a road atlas with me and this handheld doesn't support multimap type sites.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

Eric smile

Head north on A82, Crianlarich, Glen Coe, Fort William. A86 Spean Bridge to Newtonmore, short bit of A9 to Aviemore then A95 Grantown on Spey and over the Lecht.
Not very adventurous but you won't go wrong.

A81 out through Milngavie to Aberfoyle, over the Dukes pass (A821) to Callander, up the A84 to Killin, follow the A827 along the north shore of loch Tay, though Kenmore, Aberfeldy to Ballinluig (A9) 3 miles to pitlochry then over the A924 to Glen Shee, up through Braemar and from then I'm sure you know the rest wink
