I've had it a month now, and haven't seen another on the road. They've got a black one in the showroom at Audi Braehead, and a demo car.

Stunning! The R8 is a good bit of kit for the money and you could probably run it for a month or 2 and then sell for a profit

i saw a gunmetal colour one coming out of Blairgowrie near Perth and then last weekend an Audi truck with 4 x very well wrapped R8's on it on its way to Aberdeen. Would love to have a nosey around one though.

Lovely car and nice photos! I saw 2 of these in the metal (on the same day!) at the Ring in July, really stunning cars up close.

And they sound awesome as they pass you halfway thru a lap

There's a black R8 regulary stalks around Perth... passed it twice on the A9 near Luncarty, well.. when I say passed it don't mean literally. It just came steaming up behind me with lights ablaze looking like it was 3" from the ground. I almost missed the slip road I was staring in the rear view mirror so much. Possibly connected to Camerons Audi...? Regardless. Stunning.
