Can anyone recomend someone in the Aberdeen area that can skim brake disks

Thank, just took the discs off the car and one of them is beyond saving, outside face perfect, inside face corroded and de-laminating. One of the brake pads is also breaking up. So much for full main dealer service history. I’ve only done 2000 miles since the last service and the car was given a clean bill of health then. I thought the MOT station was trying it on but they might have prevented a nasty accident.
