Yes and a very nice guy too, he set up the NE Scotland TVR club(nessies) with a little help from myself and some others.

Had him up looking over the cars last week.

Matt Finnie is my neighbour so will ask next time I see him, he's a car nut as well, nice M3 and Boxter S, ok so the 2nd one is a bit "coiffeure"(sp?)

Ooh - I was in the nessies - Stewart was a top bloke indeed wink

So do I know you from then?

I remember you were at the Alfa trackday at KH in April (I was in lime green Caterham) - what TVR did you have?

I had a dark blue '94 Griff 500 from '97 to '02 - stay in Dundee.

When we started the Nessies I had a black S2 with a grey interior, a few years ago, after I left Aberdeen, I had a nightfire red 3000M with a cream roof and model band.

It's a Swallow Doretti, a rebodied TR2 or TR3, nothing very Italian about it!

Probably the same one I've seen at Alford & round about Queens road.

Do I win a prize?? Mine's a Guinness biggrinbiggrin

Nice to see you making full use of the pillarless features on the 840 a few weeks back, looking quite the part cruising down Union Street wink

Take a bow there young Charles!!

And on the issue of my recent Bravarian saloon car purchase, I shall consider your request. With that scalextrix car of yours, I'm not sure of your experience of larey rear drivers............. mind you judging by recent efforts I've none!!

Thanks for that Chas. I only glimpsed it on the ad and it looked Italianate! Hey, "Doretti" sounds really Italian if you say it slowly.smile I'm sure I saw it at Fintray this year if it's the same one.

Pint of Guiness waiting at Blacks Bar Culter anytime you wantbeer

You're obviously a gentleman of taste to appreciate the cruising qualities of the 8 series.smokin
