It's been sat on the Kingswells roundabout for a few days. Looked a sore one but wonder if it's been left there as a warning to others ?

Quite a few crashes over the past few days heading out the Alford way. Can folk not drive to the wet conditions?

Apparently not.

Just the other week, a 'youf' had deemed it prudent to take out the wall outside the College Bar on Albyn Place. How he managed it I ahve no idea but thankfully no pedestrians were in the vicinity.

When I worked in Oman many years ago the first thing you saw on arriving in Marmul (desert oil town) was a trashed pickup mounted on a plinth. A lot of cars and trucks got rolled, hit camels or whatever out there, so they did this to act as a warning/reminder. Perhaps Grampian Polis are using same approach in Aberdeenshire roundabouts.

No sign at 14:30 today.

I did notice some fairly fresh looking tracks across the grass on the roundabout.

Cheers,

unless the boy who picks up the "police aware" aware vehicles is not so prompt in removing said motor. There was a mondeo crashed at the pitcaple bridge for nearly a month before it eventually got moved.

The white Scoob in question belongs to a friend of a guy at my work.

Apparently the owner wasn't driving the car at the time of the accident as he was hammered and sitting in the passenger seat... and the driver wasn't insured to drive it.

The guy at my work also told me loads of bits got pinched off it during the night/nights is lay there so it kind of serves him right.
