Can i ask, as it's been bugging since the weekend, is your 350Z supercharged or turbocharged? I had planned to pop over and ask, but i was never in the pitlane when you were! Lovely car thumbup

My comments are coming from a spectator point of view (i was only out as a pax for a couple of laps), but the general attitude of the boys in the Evo's towards others, both on and off track, wasn't something that would make me want to attend again, let alone take my car on track.

The overall standard of driving appeared to be excellent, with only a few closures and the majority sticking to the rules. However, the Evo MR's were (IMO) just out for a race with everybody and each other. The whole idea of a track day, especially one aimed at the Hot Marques type of cars, is that it gives people with resonably expensive cars a chance to drive at speed in a safe and controlled environment. Those 4 cars were putting other P&J and risk by driving like idiots and taking un-neccesary chances. There is no need for serious tail gating and aggressive driving on a track day, if they had wanted to do that then i'm sure they could hire Knockhill for there own amusment, rather than spoil things for others who are attending these days to avoid idiots like this in the first place, and paying for the privilege.

Mark,

I have just fitted HKS Twin Turbos, last year it was supercharged.
Looking for a bit more reliability, only time will tell.

Cheers,

Alex.

The buggies were banned from KH Top Marques event for a little while, KH got too much complaints from regulars that they were too fast for the sessions, and other drivers found the speed difference intimidating.

They had to hassle knockhill to be allowed back on, they tried a hot hatch day but ended up with another car hitting them.

You need to raise your concerns with KH. It isn't in their interests to lose customers so that one or two neds can have their fun.

I did, but apparently they did nothing - hence the reson I wont be going back to another HM. I'd rather pay £80 for 4 hours with one of the club events than £75 for 3 hours of organised chaos.
