Horror stories are just that. A non-turbo liquid cooled Porsche is one of the most stupid things you could buy if you perceive horror stories to be significant risks, but most seem to drive around without grenading themselves in the same way my TVR has failed to explode so far and the same way that there are plenty aging Italian cars still driven which common wisdom dictates should have simultaneously rusted away and set fire to themselves through electrical faults.

Don't worry about it and just enjoy life smile

Nice but I hope it doesn't blow up - I almost bought a minted example last year and pulled out the night before after reading horror stories on the owners forums.
You're reading the wrong stories.

Did your Corsa VXR blow up? Unreal the amount of horror stories I hear about them yet they seem to be everywhere.

Well, nothing to exciting in this. Traded in My Kuga and got an Ex Demo Titanium X Sport fully load with all the toys.

My other car for Sunday fun is still getting screwed together

The toy's are now numbered up. Now a total dub family as I convinced my old pops to go for a VW Tiguan after driving Pug's for many many years! While taking him for a new car the GSR jumped out at me as somthing slightly different with a bit of power so bought it also.

And Elise getting her first lesson in her motor. laugh

Cheers, a rather epic little drive too. Lots of local wildlife swaggering along the road for good measure. Several massive bulls biggrin

Yeah in one of the charles church houses up the hill. Yellow elise but it isn't out much. Some nice cars dotted around the development.
