Not very exciting to the majority but here's my current pair of road going cars:

We also have an old 620Ti as something to tinker with. We had a 620 diesel as our first car years ago and were very affectionate about it. We always wondered how it would be with twice the power. The answer is "rubbish", so this car will be going once we've got it up to standard, and replaced with something more interesting. Cars are a second hobby, aeroplanes being my main interest.

my new daily, 2.2 petrol. previous daily was a clio diesel which now jumping back into is very agricultural to drive with a heavy clutch and bumpy ride. this is a nice "wafter" though got to get used to almost doubling my fuel bill...

New plate to you?

Until very recently both 1 ONA and 10 NA were both on A class mercs just around the corner from me, pretty sure at least one of them is still there....

It's photoshopped to prevent cloning. Had the plate for about 10 years smile

I've been waiting to see an update about your new RS4 - there wasn't much going on in your VAG section thread.

Yep... decided to scrub the RS4 and keep the R8 and buy an S4. I just like the R8 too much to lose it at the moment.

Collection day tommorow from Newcastle.

I now realise how poor the service is from Aberdeen garages.

The salesman ive dealt with (all through the phone) has kept me constantly updated on things like getting my plate on the car and so on and just plain old nice.

This morning he called just to say the weather was crap so they have taken the car into the main showroom and were getting the company they use to give it a full day detail etc.

Thats him just leaving for the day and has sent me a pic to my phone of the saying she is gleaming and ready to go tommorow am.

They are picking me up from the train station and have even said they will get lunch in, dealing with Aberdeen BMW etc are lucky to see you get a cup of fecking tea.

Cant wait for some V10 noise in my life.

This is my XJL Supersport.

I'm not certain, but the dealer gave me the impression that it may be the only Supersport in Edinburgh. Can anyone confirm/deny?
