Sadly on the last 'Tunnel Run' we lost a few guys to frostbite, or at least they never reappeared after lunch!
Seeing like we have a British summer ( aka 4 days of sun) and a forecast for hot weather does anyone fancy another run?

This time am thinking of going south West into Dumfies area eitehr down the old A74 or back up it, and explore some of the nice countryside in the Glasgow/Dumfires/ Stranraer traingle! ( yes I know the still have dinasors in the area)

Open to suggestions for dates? Possibly Sunday 28th June?? It's not mothers/fathers/ gradmas day or anything is it??

Let me know. This time Will suggest a lunch stop and let people decide and pay themselves as last time picked up bill for about 7 people!

Usual rules:

1. no nissan micras
2. absolutley no fking nissan micras
3. Your getting the idea aren't you?
4. No Wild driving
5. If I don't like you, you don't get invited ( I can be bought off easily with chocolate buttons)
6. Fastest anyone has to go is the national speed limit
7. The slowest anyone should go is above nissan micra speed
8. People form Edinburgh should be on time
9. My tame ( read completley mad oldest mate) video man will vidoe your car , so dont come with the wrong 'partner'
10. I am Italain so we always do food!

Fantastic! This will tie in nicely with my trip back down to Durham from Glasgow that weekend.

I'll "borrow" the Mr2 for a few weeks so i can bring that too.

Nice one Paul. smile

Hey Paul

that was quick in suggesting. I would be definitely up for it as long as I am onshore. Should be going offshore on friday so might just be back in time.

I resent that remark I turned up before you all left the carpark last time. tongue out

The only thing i can think of the dates clashing with is the royal highland show is on at Edinburgh but on the plus side we know where all the farmers will be so no slow moving tractors on the roads. yes

Not sure if I can get my pass signed for this as I'm away fishing all the following week, but we will see closer to the time.
