Hi, I have some pictures from the day.
I was in the Familly Car! The Silver AMG Estate.
If people put up what they were driving I will fish them out.
I have a couple of the white RX and various others.
I will put them on tommorrow.
Cheers
Max

So you didn't go home and admit that you were overtaken by an estate car with a baby seat in the back!
I will have a look for the Corrado, any others?
haha no, i went home and said i let a merc passed me on the straights and then hounded him on the corners for the rest of the circuit. in essaence complete lies to maintain some sort of ego about my car!!I will have a look for the Corrado, any others?

Commiserations to the Mustang owner - terrible thing to happen.
However, it does irk me when people reprimand others for posting photos of these incidents on PH.
a.) Once the thread is up, even without pictures, it's too late to worry about it. A good example was the alleged Zonda crash in ABZ a while back. The cat was out of the bag as soon as the post went up for god's sakes! Then we had people moaning that it shouldn't be discussed on a public forum. What about all the other forums out there?
b.) We all know that there are a multitude of photographers at Knockhill for every track day. So if you don't want photos of your P&J being ragged around the circuit (crashed or not), here's a hint - don't take it to Knockhill. It's the one place in Scotland petrolheads can be guaranteed to see some nice cars hooning around, so expect to see spectators.
c.) If you're worried about losing out on warranty or insurance because the underwriter prohibits track use - see above.
It's yet another personal reponsibility issue - so if you get caught out, don't winge! I love this idea that people with big, noisy "look at me" cars don't want to be noticed or photographed - particularly at Knockhill
