This should go in the spotted, but tonight at a place called Fish Hill, i was with a radical (first i've ever seen on the road) with the number plate SR03RAD. I googled the reg and this post come up.

I live in The Peoples Independent Socialist Republic of North Lanarkshire. I think it is still Scotland? A lot of the guys who used to be here migrated to TT.
I still live here and regularly drive my old cars about although no one ever seems to spot them! lol
