Start at Barra and work up to Lewis or vice versa. Mega scenery they reckon on some of the roads Craig - cheers could be a runner! Could you do a rough proposal scoping ferry cost mileage and timing - ie which ferries and how many overnights and if so where and we can gauge the level of interest. Aye no worries, I will have a proper look at it in the new year. What sort of dates and for how long a trip? A night camping and one in a B & B or all tenting etc etc?

Bear in mind that they are mostly just preliminary dates which can and will change as the plans progress.
Would love to see a full calendar though, Trackdays, Hillclimbs etc etc.

We did it back in 2007, the place is great for a day out scooting around. At the very north tip of the island random skye road (may not be but think it is, maybe Applecross coastal road)

If we do Arran I may go across the night before to get a brekkie lap in as the first ferry is not that early.
