The Wedge Sausage Meet
Discussion
Really good meet this morning...Nice to meet a couple more new faces as well as seeing the familiar ones....The noise when we all left was fantastic, I think we created a bit of a stir as we were getting filmed by a few people.. :-)
The departing off the roundabout sounded like a race track, Even my wheels were screeching round it...Superb!...
@:Martin...I hope you sorted the car mate...
I then spotted this on a shelf of the observatory ...
I would pull the same face if i win the lottery tonight..Cheers...Ziga

Looks like a good craic shame I didn't make it! I have electromagnetic interference problems on the engine speed signal going into the megasquirt ECU; I wrapped the wiring loom in earthed tin foil this morning before leaving for Greenwich and it made it worse so I turned back for home rather than risk damage, as the engine timing was jumping about.
Thats sounds serious...Is the cable what was provided and recommended for use in such areas?....I read this a minute a go...
"Another commonly used shielding method, especially with electronic goods housed in plastic enclosures, is to coat the inside of the enclosure with a metallic ink or similar material. The ink consists of a carrier material loaded with a suitable metal, typically copper or nickel, in the form of very small particulates. It is sprayed on to the enclosure and, once dry, produces a continuous conductive layer of metal, which can be electrically connected to the chassis ground of the equipment, thus providing effective shielding.
I found it quite interesting even though i wouldn't need it myself...Although my brain has just gone off to fantasy land to find an alternate use...Something to do with particle acceleration and invisible cables..
