I think i will ask them to reserve some spaces, After all it is a "Hot rod diner" and i don't see how works van's and euro boxes come under that category ...I think next year we could make it an official once a month meet and i will sort out the advertising with them so that the regulars know its a specific day...

Sounds good to me, will it be the same time as I think it would be a good idea as you say to get them to reserve places and tables and mid morning would be after the breakfast run for builders etc

Hi mate...We normally reserve tables but the parking is a joke...Every time we meet there i find myself pishing and moaning that the cars parked on the front are NOT hot rods and maybe they should go to the cafe down the road!...My thinking is that if we set up a Saturday morning meet on their Hot Rod calendar, Say once a month then people will not park there...There could be 10 TVR's turning up tomorrow......

10am onwards please as i have just spoken to them and they are going to try their best to reserve us 9 Car spaces...Mostly at the front....

Good meet at the diner...I was impressed that they managed to secure the parking when i turned up...Until i found out they just didn't have any customers...
I will set up a once a month meet there next year...But today was good...Well worth getting Poppy wet on the way home for...The funny thing was after i had stopped and put the roof up and got back in to see an instant cobweb in the left hand side near the seat appeared and then 5 minutes later there was a spider dangling down in front of me...I think he was as surprised as i ...Hopefully he landed somewhere in the passenger footwell...





Bit of a late arrival....But better late then never...
