172 days of hopefully interference and stupidity free days to the fest woohoo

Thanks you for your support!

The sad thing is I was only trying to help my fellow wedgers and some fellow PH objected to me doing that, and complained to the moderators, who in my opinon over reacted and sin-bined me!

171 Days left!

I'll be flying in and out - probably to London (because of the flying routes are better that way), but the other option might be Birmingham. I can surely manage my way to Ettington with public transportations, but if any fellow wedger has a free seat available, I'd really like to share the journey and the expenses.

Aeroflop,
Whats wrong with your Wedge? Wouldn't that be great to drive there?
Hmm... should I do that?

SporttiJanne, your nick sounds Finnish - is there a change we've met? The fault is not on my wedge, it's on my timetable and budget, which both are unfortunately too near the edge to drive to UK and back this summer and I'd rather attend without my wedge than to miss the event.

Yes, we've met. I was in Fiskars with my red Cerbera.
And you are correct, flying these days is a lot cheaper and faster than driving and sailing thru Scandinavia. We could arrange a local mini-meet with ourselves. What do you think about that? Should not be too difficult to get together a half a dozen Wedges?

Hi Mark

I had already got you down as the contact/organiser of the Friday night down the pub.

Personely I don't like the idea of Karaoke. But if that what the majorty want then thats what we will do.
Please talk to me before you organise or open discussions with third parties etc!

Tony AK Elvis is still not certain if he can make it!
(That's one thing he will find that there no club type set up with the Tuscan's)

Gentlemen and Ladies. I am still not sure if I'll be able to make it to the BBWF this year as there is a lot happening for me this summer and I am desperately trying to decide which and what to take up. Plus the fact my Wedge is gone now and I am wedgeless ElvisWedgely. I will of course be buying another Wedge at some point, maybe once I've got the Tuscan madness out of my system.

Andy asked me if I would consider doing an Elvis performance this year and in all fairness even if I did come to the Fest I am not sure how many of the guests would like me to perform again for the third time. I wouldn't want them to feel they were obliged to see me perform each and every year.

Andy. I know there is no Tuscan club as such, but if there were, I would be getting there a lot faster. 0-60 around 3.9 seconds

Having owned a Speed six engine car (In fact the first TVR customer car) you are beliveing to much ot the hype!

The only Speed Six car wich can get do that is a Sag

The only Tuscan to get anyway near is the bigger BHP Tuscan S!

But speaking from the Wedge family I think they would be very happy to have you entertain us again, but you would not be the only entertainment!

Hi

Sorry to be a killjoy here, but I can see apart from the fun, clap a recipe for injury etc!

The Hotel will let us do most things, but a beer barrel rolling competition may be pushing it plus they probably will not let us use one of there's. If we were to have this as another idea for the day somebody will have to bring a beer barrel with them so we don't have to ask the Hotel!

If peps want this as another feature of the day then lets us know plus who would like to source the necessary equi and get it there etc please let me know!

Andy
