New Shine Drive Shaft Nuts!
Discussion
Hi Adam
What do you want pics of them on the shaft!
The Wife would love that on the front room carpet.
They are to OEM standard I beleve a 38mm shocket/spanner is req to do them up (Or the eqv A/F shocket/spanner)
I don't expect you will want a set as it may be more than you want to spend to keep your car's rear wheels in place!

So.... if I was to obtain the nuts on Andy's pic, they are "fit and forget"?
Are they widely available?
Things like this scare me, this'll be the first job when I get my next wedge.... even though I drove my last wedge without worry or mishap.
Reminds me when I owned a Stag, just waiting for that temperature needle to climb then the engine blow up!!

Hi mate...I think its advisable to fit a castellated nut on the N/S and put a lock pin through..Do you have a pre-drilled stub axle?..Not sure if its true but someone did tell me that the factory drilled them for safety?..Although some cars have had them drilled two or three times because the fitter is too lazy to do it properly..Causing some not so good scenarios.....Ziga
