Vary interesting! I wouldn't want to guess the value/price of any car, if someone wants this car enough they'll pay the price.

It is kevlar though, and I would say much more that the 20% kevlar it says in the ad, judging from my car and also the pics of this cars restoration on the seacpages.

I also wonder if a kevlar SEAC is more desirable than a later car without kevlar - after all that is what the 'AC' stands for... discuss!

Some have all three,kevlar,fibreglass and carbonfibre

Yes mine has carbonfibre in it too; most noticably in the bonnet re-inforcement. Part of the underside of the floor and the inner wheelarches are also smooth and black, so I suspect there's carbonfibre there too - unless TVR were using black resin?

Not actually the "factory press car" either, it belonged to one of Giles Cooper's customers (Mr/Dr "Guinard") (plese forgive the poor spelling it was a long time ago.) And was lent out to the press. It was the first one I ever saw and made me want one.

They had it on sale or return I believe.

Ac roney got this up for sale again. Seems to reappear every few months with an extra few grand on the asking price
Gone from 28k last year to 30k at Christmas now asking 36k
Just goes to prove that wedge prices are on the rise lol

I think its actually Amos's car..........36k is a lot of £££ though
