So have been thinking about the idea of selling both TVR's and buying a Chim. I've sold the wedge and have now decided I need a bigger wedge. Is a budget of £6k a realistic one to buy a 390/400SE? I

don't mind doing some cosmetic improvements as I go along as long as I can get a mechanically good car. At this budget I can keep the S too so it's a win:win.

Prices will definitely head south in winter but how many owners will actually advertise their cars then knowing this?
