Well...sadly not!! After applying for this months ago I chased them this week as I hadn't got my tickets...
Turns out that my application (along with a whole load of others) was never received. Their online application which states "you will only hear from us if you have not been successful" means you don't chase...anyhow, no, not going and nor are most of my mates with their cars. Bit disappointing as I've supported this event for about 4 years.
My group who aren't now going includes a chimp 450,Audi ur quattro, tamora, ultima Spyder and my 400se.
Total balls up sadly.

Thats a shame mate..I was looking forward to finally meeting you...I would go anyway especially if you have paid your money, Its their balls up so they should really compensate you and allow you to run up the runway....Its a bit mingey if they don't!...Im still going as i didn't book the runway...Providing there is still tickets on the gate........ZigaTurns out that my application (along with a whole load of others) was never received. I spoke to Neil Sinclair on Wednesday and you can just turn up to go on a standby list - but you have to park in the public car park and go over to the motoring paddock for about 08:30 to see if there are any no shows
His comment was that the weather will be a factor but that they were very over subscribed for the Saturday and less so on the Sunday -
