Get the ribbed rubber ones from any of the internet sellers with reinforced bolt holes,do not over tighten! As to the sump plug washer any Land Rover parts shop will have them or Rimmers
Cheers guys The rocker gaskets are the ones I was looking at but wanted to be sure they were better than the cork ones The sump plug washer I've looked at Rimmers and couldn't see just the washers
