Discussion
Dix, I got the standard cork one off bay but there are various threads on here discussing if a gasket is required or if suitable sealant is enough.
Mine actually didn't have a gasket on when I removed it and had been fitted with just the sealant but as it was leaking with just the sealant I went back with the cork gasket and a small bead of hylomar.
Be sure to leave enough time to clean the sump out thoroughly and clean the mating surfaces for the new gasket if you are doing it outside on ramps. I also let the hylomar go off a little tacky before offering the sump up, don't use too much as to squash out into the inside of the sump.

Well getting the sump off was a right pain in the arse. So no doubt putting it back on when its steam cleaned will be even worse. The bracket on the Exhaust was right in the way. So i had to disconnect the off side drop pipe from the manifold and it doesn't look like it wants to go back in when the time comes.
