Hi guys Now i have bonnet struts sorted thanks to Mark (mr zigazag). I want to sort out the rear. Anyone any suggestions where i could get the metal plates that attach to the rear window on a fhc Tasmin? Cheers marcus
Yeah, i could get two made up using the boot catch one as a template, just thought there might be an off the shelve supply somewhere. Couldnt find any one on the net. marcus
As far as I recall (and it's been a while since I worked on a FHC) the plates for the gas struts are the same as the one for the latch; the roof hinges are two simple strap hinges. I recall welding in new studs to those on my Tasmin.
