Thanks for the comments guys. I've decided not to put the black coach lines on. The 400SE decals have been fitted onto both sills and so have the shiny door kick plates. I will also fit the black/silver CB covers back on (courtesy of KKson) once the paint has hardened for a few days. Then it's time for a blast.

Ooh, back to the pin stripe/no pin stripe debate. I think it looks great without. I must get mine off.Tony. TCB.

Looking good Tony!
Would you reccomend these guys then? I am going to need paint on the Tuscan and one day another paint job on the wedge (the guy didn't do a great job....long story about that but its OK for the time being!)
Yes I would recomend them. They are very good at their job and take pride in their work. They are reliable, friendly, trustworthy and value for money. If I had any doubt about them, I would not have let them spray my brothers Rolls, or my TVR for that matter. Take a look at my car as a guide and you will see.Would you reccomend these guys then? Wow Tony, that looks epic, what a great job/result.
Are you going to get the paint protection film on it, that was going to be my plan??
Really liking the decals and no stripe, excellent decision.
Enjoy driving it especially now the good weather is here.
Hi Dave. I'm glad you like it and it really deoes look the part now with the front end sorted. To be honest with you, for the money I would pay for the paint protection, I can probably get these guys to do the job again for not a lot more, when needed. I'm now looking forward to using it a lot more than I have been doing lately. All the best. Are you going to get the paint protection film on it, that was going to be my plan??

Fair enough, I do remember you telling me when I dropped the car off you knew a good paint shop. When I asked a well known one near me they wanted £2.5k for a full respray, if I had done that I would have for sure done the protection film as I couldn't have afforded that every couple of years Tony. Enjoy driving now and listening to the noise

The weather was good yesterday so the Wedge went up on my newly modified continental inspection ramp for some outrigger waxoiling. I inspected the chassis and all seems good and well coated in waxoil, except the outriggers needed topping up. I took the easy option as always and used a spray can waxoil clear. I think it has done the job well. Later, when I put the car in the garage, the whole place stank of waxoil/paraffin type of smell. Some of the fuel lines also got covered in waxoil and I tried to wipe it off the best I could and so hopefully it won't perish the rubber fuel lines. Now just changing the gearbox oil remains for another nice day when I have nothing else to do.
