I needed to take some stuff to my friend. It's not raining, so Wedge-time it is!

Out of the garage:

Someone might say it's a bit chilly outside for driving a convertible, I say it's a matter of clothing:
Hi Aero...Im sure you are related to Santa claus..If that was England it would be at a standstill....hehe
The Wedge just looks so stunning in the snow...Ziga

Sadly no longer mine.

Photo taken about 10 years ago at a TVRCC Scotland meeting in Kirkcaldy, having driven up from the Edinburgh area.

That's the one. When did you have it? It has 93K (ish) on the clock now.

Hi Ziga,

You're more than welcome to use it. It's only a phone camera photo so while the quality is not bad, it's not the best.
Jumbo, how did you get a photo of yourself and the car with a phone camera? You must have a really long selfie stick biggrin

I had it between (approx) 1994/5 and 2010/11 from vague memory 28K to 70 something K.

I sold it to a guy from Preston and it was then bought, I believe, by TOPTON.

That's one good-looking wedge :-)

That's right, it's something that we have to look at as the fuel pump continues to pump fuel prior to start up.
We do happen to have some side draught dollortos that we may fit on in the future, busy at mo upgrading the brakes and suspension .

Did it have the SEAC spoiler when you had it?

No. It had the "standard" small 400 spoiler.

I believe the guy who bought it from me "tarted it up" - SEAC spoiler, roll cage and extra dials amongst other things.

Edit to add ..

If you want I can upload some photos later ?

Looking at dates on the photos, I had the car up to about August 2008.

There was no roll cage or extra dials in it when I got it. The spoiler was there, but I've removed it. Going with the bare bottom look at the moment.

Yesterday Suomen Urheiluautoilijat ry (Finnish Sportscar drivers club) had a track day for sports cars, GT -cars and classics - on ice. I was there with my 350i, in a good company - there were couple of MX5's, Lotus Exel, Lotus Evora, couple of Porsches, a few Audis, Toyota Celica, Lancer EVO, Alfa Romeo 164 Q4...

We had great fun! My friend Sami was there also, just photographing the event. Couple of shots:

Rest of his photos can be found here:
http://samiaal.kuvat.fi/kuvat/AUTOTAPAHTUMAT+2007-...

My photos will be here (still uploading):
http://gallery.zbxt.net/h/375

One guy had my camera for a moment while I was at the track, so the subfolder ("Toisen kuvaajan ottamat", I'll change it to have his name after I remember it) will have more photos of my wedge.
