Considering what Google image search brings out, yes - there's a cone between the hex and the thread, like usually in wheel bolts, ie. like this: http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-RRH100140
I have no idea if it's original or not (considering this thread, probably not), but it works (ie. it doesn't leak and the sump isn't splitted) and when opened, it lets the engine oil get out. The cone isn't big, but I've figured out it's the one sealing the plug since there isn't an extra seal.
