Clutch pedal height is adjustable in 10-15 minutes. You need to get used to lying on your back in the footwell though!

Rear jag handbrake - if the split pins in the adjusters come out easy then similar 15-20 minute job. Otherwise spray the pins and leave them for the next weekend. The handbrake is largely ornamental anyway....
Cheers
Handbrake on my last 350 and both my Chimaera were pretty good TBH.

The height of all the pedals can be adjusted to line them up. The gearchange is likely to be the remote mounting rubbers have perished (cheap to fix, but fiddly). The rear handbrake should be self adjusting, but often are not. Can be easily fixed by overhauling the handbrake calipers. This is normally strip and lubricate and fit new fork springs. The forks tend to loose their effectiveness and so the calipers do not have the correct amount of movement as they are pulled on and off, which is required for the self adjuster to work.
