Well I thought it was time for a quick update on the demise of the "Gredge"

Good news ..... after much coming and going - threatening with the insurance omsbudsman and legal action, LV have done the right thing and agreed to repair the car, so no Cat D write off etc etc.

The car has gone off to reputable glass fibre repairer and spray shop and is now under anaesthetic for some time.

So we might see her by the first week in Jul if I get lucky... yes

Good to hear that Chris
Hopefully you'll be joining the SE convoy up to the fest.
Hoping for a decent run this year after the appalling weather last year and breaking a drive shaft the year before that. Looking forward to seeing you back in the beast

Fantastic news. Looking forward to seeing it up close in the future. Would have been a real shame for it to be broken up.

Many thanks all - appreciated .... its been a long journey but got there in the end.

So if all goes well I will have the car repaired with new bumpers front and rear (Thanks to Glen!) a complete respray, vented 400SE bonnet, bespoke SS Griff 500 ported manifolds and the latest Firmware for the ECU.... I may even find my missing 15BHp to get into the 300 club!
