Can't find one for Wedges and other than original adverts don't seem to be many out there!
Who is hiding all the period pictures for Wedges?

This is the earliest i have, its a pic of my first Wedge ownership taken around 98.

You're right there Steve, not many old school pics

I'd love to see some factory pics of the era as well

A couple of my wedge circa mid 90's in Warwick in the BBC car park

Other than the whale tale Glen, doesn't look any different mate.

There must be some some out there, i think we just need to get folks delving deep.

Taken on a factory visit in April 1989, to see these new fangled Tuscan racer thingies. It was a Saturday morning so they had time to stand around and chat...

On the same visit, the 350i was a factory road test car, and that is the ES on the left.

Not sure what this was being used for, but if the current owner sees it he now knows why there are some filled in holes on the rear bumper...

Is that a fifth wheel mount?

recall seeing pictures of cars being tested in "the olden days" with a small wheel mounted to the rear, presumably to give accurate speedo/acceleration figures?

This sort of thing.............

Yes, that was my thought when I saw the car. But I have never seen an article with that car in (and I have a LOT of TVR articles), and the fact that it has side repeaters like a US spec car makes me wonder whether it was just being tested by the factory for something. But I would guess that a fifth wheel is probably correct, eve if it was for TVRs use rather than a magazine.

Here's me (aged about 28 frown) with that 350's close relative:

Pic taken about 1992 when we'd had the 350i in for a comprehensive security system... it was the first TVR I ever drove, and in the same week I drove a brand-new Nissan 300ZX. Guess which I preferred wink

...and bizarrely, it's almost exactly the same colour as the one I've had for the last 15 years!
